Finding & Sending Your Survey

First, before the design process can begin, we need a copy of your properties survey. It shows property line, easements and other bounders important to the placement of your pool and decking.

You should have received this when purchasing the property. It typically is on Legal sized paper (8.5″ x 14″). It will also have a “State of Texas Land Surveyor” seal on it.

It is important to get a clean scan of your survey. Using a scanner is best, cameras distort the image and the result is unusable. Typically, the image we receive is a PDF or JPEG.
